The most recent version of the general conditions for transport of bulk goods by road tanker, is (except for article 7) exclusively applicable to all our activities related to transport in tanks and in bulk, internationally in addition to the CMR-convention.
The most recent version of the General Transport Conditions for road transport 2002 (AVC 2002), is exclusively applicable to all our activities related to general transport not in tanks and in bulk, internationally in addition to the CMR-convention.
The most recent version of the Logistic Services Conditions 2014 (LSC 2014) is exclusively applicable to all our activities related to non-transport activities such as warehousing, physical distribution, storage in land tanks or semitrailers, value added logistics and the like.
These Conditions have also been deposited with the District court Rotterdam, The Netherlands and will be sent free of charge upon request.
Irrespective of any other limitations of liability Limpens may invoke, the liability of Limpens is at all times limited to the amount of the specific assignment related to the damage, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the statutory management of Limpens.
Dutch law is applicable to all activities Limpens is involved in.
The District court Limburg, location Maastricht, is exclusively competent for any and all potential disputes.
