The most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions Semitrailer Rental is exclusively applicable to all our activities related to semitrailer rental.
These Conditions have also been deposited with the District court Limburg, The Netherlands and will be sent free of charge upon request.
Irrespective of any other limitations of liability Limpens may invoke, the liability of Limpens is at all times limited to the amount of the specific assignment related to the damage, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the statutory management of Limpens.
Dutch law is applicable to all activities Limpens is involved in.
The District court Limburg, location Maastricht, is exclusively competent for any and all potential disputes.
